1. How long have you been Coaching Clients?
Dr Mamie -Coach MJ has been coaching clients for over 10 years
she is known for her ability to pull out the purpose and the talents,
and has testimonials from clients who have achieved success.
If a client comes with a desire and works hard Coach MJ will
push them to good results.
2. What is your refund policy?
Coach MJ Service allows any client 48 hours to cancel service.
Things happen and therefore within the 48 hours after you make a paid appointment, you will receive a full refund within 24 hrs.
No refund after coaching service has been initiated
I offer a one-time 30-minute free session for clients to feel if I am the fit for them.
3. How are your sessions conducted?
My client's time is very important so I will work with their schedule
as close as possible to give them a comfortable session.
The session can be conducted, via online platforms, phone conference, text, or email.
Coach MJ prefers online because it creates a more personal atmosphere.
She will work with you on any level where you are comfortable.
4. What about confidentiality?
All of the sessions will be held in strict confidence. All sessions will be held in a quiet area with no other participants.
(unless this is a group session).
5. What if I have to reschedule?
Understandably, a situation will arise.
a. Please give Coach MJ a 24-hour notice and we will reschedule you for the next available opening. Please be mindful that there will be other sessions ongoing that will take precedence.
b. A last-minute cancellation or no-show will not be acceptable unless it is a serious emergency. That no-show time session will be charged a paid session. Unless a proven emergency.
c. So please choose your appointment carefully. After 3 no-shows or cancellations within 30 days, no more appointments will be accepted.
